The Educational Achievement Partnership Program at Children's Wisconsin is a team of experienced educators, knowledgeable in chronic medical conditions and their impact on health, development, and learning. We establish collaborative partnerships with families, schools, medical teams, and community care providers to interpret how a child’s health affects the brain and body. We facilitate communication around the overall needs of the child and support resource implementation with the parent and school. We empower our partners to continually assess and encourage achievement as a child’s health and education needs change throughout his or her educational career. This service is offered to Children’s Wisconsin patients at no cost to their families.
