Conclusion(s): Tacrolimus IPV was significantly higher in non-adherent patients. Recognizing high IPV may be a useful tool to detect non-adherence in adolescent kidney transplant recipients at high risk of rejection, allowing for early interventions to prevent adverse graft outcomes.
