Description: First established in 1985, the Lung Club is an annual forum that features and recognizes the contributions of an outstanding leader to discuss cutting edge clinical and laboratory science in the field of neonatal lung physiology. Our 2023 speaker, Dr. Larry Nogee, Professor of Neonatology and Pediatrics at Johns Hopkins University, will focus on the the genetic basis for neonatal lung disorders, including recent advances in genetic testing and related diagnostic testing, biologic mechanisms underlying the pathogenesis of developmental lung disorders and ongoing research to improve outcomes.
