Extended-Release Calcifediol Trial in Pediatric CKD, by Invitation Only
Extended-Release Calcifediol is a prohormone of the active form of vitamin D3 that both raises 25-hydroxyvitamin D and lowers intact parathyroid hormone (iPTH) levels in adult patients with stage 3 or 4 CKD. We will review data from adult CKD patients and discuss ongoing pediatric trial in CKD patients.
