Description: This workshop will provide advice for the pediatric nephrologist who is about to start out in their career on how to negotiate. It will discuss navigating that first transition from fellow to faculty whether on a research or clinical track, how to find the best mentorship, guidance, and advice, how to successfully take on leadership roles such as training program director, Dialysis or Transplant Director or Division Head, or national and international leadership endeavors.
