Workshop

Description: Providing feedback in the clinical setting is an integral part of professional growth. Poorly delivered feedback can undermine individual and team performance. Through case-based simulation and discussion, this workshop will engage participants in providing feedback with good judgement to promote psychological safety and allow for recipient self-reflection and change.

Learning Objectives:

Understand the consequences of poorly delivered feedback
Identify a performance gap and explore the performance gaps using the Advocacy and Inquiry framework
Learn how to use A/I as a tool to create psychological safety for feedback in a clinical setting
